摘 要:通过原位聚合方法制备气相白炭黑增强聚酰胺6复合材料,利用差示扫描量热仪对其结晶行为进行表征,并运用莫志深法对结晶动力学进行分析。结果表明:气相白炭黑的引入使浇铸成型聚酰胺6(MCPA6)的结晶峰温升高,结晶焓降低;在试验范围内,莫志深法可以很好地描述该体系的非等温结晶过程;由Kissinger和Takhor公式的计算结果表明气相白炭黑的引入均提高了MCPA6的结晶活化能(ΔE)。Polyamide -6/fumed silica composites were prepared by in situ polymerization, and the crystallization behavior of the composites were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. The Mo model was employed to analyze the crystallization kinetics. The results revealed that fumed Silica could increase the peak crystallization temperature and decrease the crystallization enthalpies of monomer casting polyamide -6 (MCPA6). Mo model could well describe the non-isothermal crystallization process for this system. The effective energy barrier of non-isothermal crystallization (AE) was evaluated by applying Kissinger and Takhor equations, it was found fumed Silica could increase AE of MCPA6.
