摘　　要：该文对煤矿通风瓦斯事故多发的原因及煤矿通风管理、技术人员的现状进行了分析,提出了加强煤矿通风专业管理、技术人员培训,提高技术、业务素质的方式和途径。by analyzing the causes and management of coal mine ventilation, ventilation coal mine gas accident prone and technical personnel, the training of technical staff, strengthen coal mine ventilation, improve professional management, technology, service quality and the way.
