摘　　要：在党的基层工作中,在为群众解决实际问题上,情商有时比智商更重要。以情商教育为引导的高校服务型基层党组织建设的目标是提升党员干部个人党性修养,提高情商,全面提升党员干部的执政能力和水平,加强高校服务型基层党组织建设的内涵。In the Party′s grass-roots work,for the masses to solve practical problems,sometimes EQ is more important than IQ.The purpose of the EQ education for The construction of universities service grassroots party organizations is enhance the party members and cadres individual party spirit,improve EQ, enhance ruling ability and level of the party members and cadres,to strengthen the connotation of the construction of universities service grassroots party organizations.
