摘　　要：目的对该院严重腹部闭合伤的诊治经验进行总结。方法研究2010—2013年间在该院接受治疗的患者30例的临床资料。结果 30例患者中有22例采用手术方式进行治疗,8例采用非手术治疗方案,治愈28例,末治愈2例。结论腹部闭合伤病情复杂,需要进行准确的诊断,采取科学合理及时的治疗措施才能够保证治疗质量。Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of severe closed abdominal injury. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with 2010—2013 underwent treatment for patients in our hospital. Results 30 cases in 22 patients treated by operation, 8 cases treated by non operation, 28 cases were cured,No cure in 2 cases. Conclusion Abdominal closed injury condition is complex, the need for accurate diagnosis, treatment measures taken by the science reasonable and timely to ensure the quality of treatment.
