摘  要:本文介绍了一种水轮机调速器产品的设计和开发,设计中采用了台达EH系列高性能PLC,配置了专用的测频卡,弥补了大多数中小型PLC不能直接进行脉冲频率测量的不足。重点描述了产品的整体设计、测频回路的原理及测试、供电模块及频率处理模块的开发,并给出了机组的控制流程。该设计案例可为我国诸多中小型水电调速设备的新建和改造提供有益的借鉴。The design and development of a kind of hydraulic turbine governor is introduced in this paper, the Delta's EH series high-performance PLC is adopted in the design and the specialized frequency measurement module is configured to remedy the defi- ciency of the majority of small and medium size PLCs which are unable to measure the impulse frequency directly. The overall design of the product, the principle and test of the frequency measurement circuits and the developments of the power supply module and frequency processing module are described in emphasis, furthermore the control flows of the governor unit are given. The design example can provide beneficial reference for the new construction and renovation of the numerous small and medium size speed governing equipments for hydropower in China.
