摘　　要：本文介绍了一种以VIPA300S系列PLC和艾默生CT全数字直流调速装置MENTOR-Ⅱ为控制核心的五机架窄带钢冷连轧机的电气控制系统，着重描述了机列逻辑控制、直流传动控制、速度级联控制和张力闭环控制等主要控制功能及其实际效果。An electrical control system of ribbon steel five-stand tandem cold-rolling mill, in which VIPA＇s 300S series PLC and Emerson CT＇s full-digital DC speed adjusting device MENTOR- I1 are taken as the control core, is introduced in this paper with the emphasis on the descriptions of the major control functions, such as the tandem mill logic control, DC drive control, cascading speed control and tension closed-loop control, ete as well as their actual effects.
