摘　　要：本文介绍了ABBAC500系列PLC在石灰窑监控系统中的应用。该PLC用于对现场仪表进行数据采集和处理，并实现对现场机械设备的连锁自动控制。此外，iFIX作为一种标准的人机界面（HMI）组态软件，被用于监控石灰窑生产的动态过程。The application of ABB＇s ACSO0 series PLC in the controlling and monitoring system of lime kiln is introduced in this paper. The PLC is used to implement the data acquisition and processing of the site instruments and realize the interlocking au- tomatic control of the site mechanical equipments. Furthermore, as a kind of normal HMI configuration software, iFIX is applied to monitor the dynamic production processes of the lime kiln.
