摘  要:【目的】研究不同配比植物生长调节剂对富士苹果果型的影响,为制定有效的矫正措施提供理论依据。【方法】以10年生富士苹果为材料,采用正交试验方法研究富士苹果形成过程中BA、GA3和IAA对果型指数,果型偏斜率的影响。【结果】各因素的主次顺序为BA>GA3>IAA。其中BA对果型偏斜率影响极显著,GA3与IAA对果型偏斜率影响显著;BA与GA3对果型指数影响显著,IAA对果型指数影响不显著。【结论】配比为IAA 250 mg/L+GA325 mg/L+BA 25 mg/L时对降低果型偏斜率效果最佳,配比为IAA 25 mg/L+GA3250 mg/L+BA 25 mg/L时对提高果型指数效果最佳。[ Objective] This study aims to research the effects of different combinations of plant growth regulators on Fuji fruit shape in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of effective corrective measures. [ Method] Taking 10 years of Fuji apple trees as research objects by orthogonal test method to reveal the effect of BA,GA3 and IAA on the fruit shape index and the during the formation process. [Result] Primary and secondary order of various factors was BA 〉 GA3 〉 IAA. BA had very significant effect on deviation index; GA3 and IAA had significant effect on deviation index; BA and GA3 had significant effect on fruit shape index; IAA had no significant effect on fruit shape index. [ Conclusion ] The best ratio of IAA was 250 mg/L + GA3 25 mg/L + BA 25 mg/L which had the best effect to reduce the deviation index. The best ratio of IAA 25 mg/L + GA3 250 mg/L + BA 25 mg/L had the best effect to increase the fruit shape index.
