尿素配施添加剂NAM对棉花生长发育、氮素吸收及产量的影响

摘　　要：【目的】通过田间小区试验,研究尿素配施添加剂NAM对棉花生长发育、氮素吸收及产量的影响。【方法】在棉花上施用不同用量的氮肥和配施添加剂NAM,测定棉花干物质、氮素吸收量和产量,明确棉花干物质、氮素吸收、产量及经济效益与尿素配施NAM的关系。【结果】尿素配施NAM能够显著提高棉花茎、叶、壳、纤维的干物质量,但棉籽干物质没有显著增加。等氮量情况下,尿素配施NAM处理比单施尿素显著增加单株铃数,皮棉产量增加7.35%~10.70%,氮素吸收量增加10.83%~11.06%。80%推荐施肥配施NAM与农民习惯施肥、推荐施肥的吸氮量和产量相当,但提高了棉花的经济效益。【结论】尿素配施添加剂NAM有利于促进棉花干物质累积、氮素吸收及产量形成。在氮肥减量20%的情况下,尿素配施NAM仍然具有一定程度的增产和增收作用。[ Objective ] This study designed the field plot test to examine the effects of combination of urea and additive NAM on growth, nitrogen uptake and yield on cotton. [ Method ] Determination of dry matter,nitrogen uptake and yield of cotton with different application rates of nitrogen adding NAM, and cleared the relationship between cotton dry matter, nitrogen uptake, yield, economic benefit and urea with NAM. [ Result ] The treatments of combination of urea and NAM significantly increased the dry matter of stem, leaf, shell and fiber of cotton, but not significantly increased seeds. Compared with single urea, on the basis of the same amount of nitrogen fertilizer application, urea added with NAM treatments significantly increased boll number per plant, and lint yield was increased by 7.35% ~ 10.70%, and nitrogen uptake increased by 10.83% ~ 11.06%. Cotton nitrogen uptake and lint yield were the same, but the economic efficiency of cotton was im-proved by treatments of 80% OPT, FP and OPT. [ Conclusion] The combined application of urea and NAM could promote cotton dry matter accumulation, nitrogen uptake and yield formation. And when nitrogen amount was decreased by 20% , this combination could still increase the yield and income of the farmers.
