摘  要:目的研究石斛复方制剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 40只小鼠随机分为对照组、石斛复方制剂低剂量组、中剂量组及高剂量组各10只。采用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验观察石斛复方制剂对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响,并测定脾脏、胸腺指数;采用Con A诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验观察石斛复方制剂对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。另取40只小鼠,同法分组,采用半数溶血值(HC50)实验考察石斛复方制刘对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。结果石斛复方制剂能够显著升高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数;提高小鼠的HC50;刺激小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖。结论石斛复方制剂对小鼠的非特异性免疫、细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均有不同程度的增强作用。Objective To study immunological effect of caulis dendrobii compound preparation in mice. Meth- ods 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups : Normal Group ( NG), Low Dose Group of CDCP ( LDG), Medium Dose Group of CDCP (MDG) and High Dose Group of CDCP ( HDG), 10 mice each group. The non- specific immunological effect of Caulis dendrobii compound preparation in mice was carried out by macrophages swallowed erythrocyte, and by the spleen and thymus index. The cellular immunity activity in mice was tested u- sing Con A - induced spleen lymphocyte transformation test. Another 40 mice were treated as above, and the hu- moral immune effects were tested using HC50. Results Caulis dendrobii compound preparations significantly in- creased phagocytic rate, phagocytic index, and HC50 in mice. In addition, Caulis dendrobii compound prepara- tions stimulated spleen lymphocyte proliferating. Conclusion Caulis dendrobii compound preparations may in- crease immunological functions to different degrees in mice, including nonspecific immune, humoral immune and cellular immune functions.
