摘　　要：ITMC物流企业模拟沙盘经营大赛作为一项全国性赛事,以其实用性、趣味性、公正性吸引了越来越多的高职高专院校的关注及参与。文中从物流企业模拟沙盘的市场需求入手,结合市场竞争状况,详细分析了各种不同的经营策略和业绩之间的逻辑关系,对物流企业战略的制定具有一定指导性。As a national event,the logistics business sand table simulation contest with its practicability,interesting,fairness has attracted more and more attention and participation in higher vocational college. The article analyzes various business strategy and the logical relationship between operating performance and strategy of logistics enterprises,Combined with the market competition status,it explains the market demand of logistics enterprises sand table simulation,it has certain guidance to the strategy of logistics enterprises.
