摘 要:采用密闭测试舱加热处理样品,以Tenax-TA管富集苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯等挥发性有机物,用热脱附-气相色谱/质谱法测定,优化了样品处理及分析条件,建立了测定整鞋挥发性有机物释放量的方法。该方法线性范围10~1000ng,相关系数R2≥0.9991,方法检出限低,在重复性条件下,各个分析物的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于5%。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、线性范围宽,可用于不同种类的整鞋挥发性有机物释放量的测定。A method for the detection of volatile organic compounds emitted from whole shoe by thermal desorption-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(TD-GC/MS) was developed. The sample was heated in a sealed chamber. Volatile organic compounds, such as benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene were collected with a Tenax-TA tube and analyzed by TDGC/MS. The sample pretreatment and the experimental conditions were optimized. It showed that the calibration curves were linear within the range of 10~1000ng, the correlation coeffi cients(R2) were no less than 0.9991, the detection limits were low and values of RSD(n=6) were less than 5.0% in repeated condition. This method is simple, sensitive and has a wide linear range, it can be used for the determination of VOCs emitted from different kinds of shoes.
