摘 要:通过招募18名健康的大学生参与此次测试,采用MFLEX压力测试式床垫,测试其使用绵羊毛皮垫前后的接触压力,仰卧的角度分别为0°、30°、60°和90°。压力区域被分为全身、背部、骶部(也称臀部)以及后跟4个区域,分别计算每个分区的压力峰值(N/cm2),平均压力值(N/cm2)和接触面积(cm2)。应用配对T检验,对数据进行统计学分析,显著度设置为0.05、置信空间为95%。结果显示,除平均压力值在少数区域存在使用绵羊毛皮床垫前大于使用后的情况以外,大多数区域的压力峰值在使用该床垫后都得到了显著的降低,与此同时,在使用床垫后,臀部的接触面积随着仰卧角度的增大而显著增大。综合来看,虽然绵羊毛皮床垫能够在0°,30°,60°和90°仰卧姿势时起到较好的减压作用,但仍然需要进一步对绵羊毛皮床垫进行设计,增加其三维立体结构,从而解决骶骨部位的压力分布问题。Eighteen healthy students were recruited in the university. Pressure distribution of applying with and without SSM were measured by MFLEX measurement system with the supine angle of 0°, 30°, 60° and 90°. Pressure areas were divided into four parts: total area, back area, sacrum area and heel area, under which peak pressure(N/cm2), mean pressure(N/cm2) and contact area(cm2) were calculated. Paired T test was used for statistical analysis with the signifi cant level of 0.05 and confi dent interval of 95%. Results show that although optimal pressure relieving of MP was not found for a few samples in the SSM group, PP in all contact regions was proved to be signifi cantly reduced by the usage of SSM; particularly, CA at buttock was increasing with the supine angle change from the level to the vertical. Overall, although positive outcomes were observed in each supine angle group when the SSM was applied, further improvement of SSM in the aspect of shape was still required, such as a 3D structure was introduced to decrease the pressure at the sacrum area.
