摘　　要：目的分析不同医保类型高血压患者住院费用及其影响因素。方法收集2012年新疆北疆某县医院各类医保高血压住院患者信息,采用多元线性逐步回归法分析住院费用影响因素。结果不同医保类型高血压患者住院费用存在差异,由高至低依次是职工医保患者、居民医保患者、新农合患者。影响住院费用的因素主要是医保类型、住院天数和年龄。结论完善医保政策,加强对药品费用的监控,努力缩短住院天数,加强老年人群的健康管理。Objective To analyze the hospital cost and influencing factors for hypertensive patients under different medical insurances. Method The inpatients information with hypertensive in 2012 was collected in a county in Xingjiang. The multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the hospital cost and potential influencing factors. Result There had differences in hospital cost for hypertension among different insurances types, and descending from employee medical insurance patients, resi- dent medical insurance patients, to the new rural cooperative medical insurance patient. Insurance type, length of stay and age were major influencing factors for hospital cost. Conclusion Improving insurance policies and narrowing the hospital cost gap among different insurance types, shortening hospital stay, controlling drug expenses and strengthening health management in elderly population were available measures.
