摘　　要：针对死亡报告工作中存在的不足,研究设计死亡患者实时监测系统并应用于工作实践。系统依靠HIS系统的医嘱、病案首页出院方式和治疗结果 3个环节第一时间获取住院患者死亡信息。根据系统提供的信息及时与临床科室沟通,基本杜绝了漏报,减少了迟报,一定程度上提高了死因报告质量。但与此同时,还应将临床医师死因填报培训纳入临床医师继续医学教育,直报系统中应增设导入功能,加强急诊科死亡病例报告的管理。Based on the problems in death report, a real - time monitoring system on death among inpatients was designed and used in practice, which obtained the death information of inpatients at the first time through three steps including prescription from HIS, discharge record and therapeutic outcome. Based on the information provided by the system, by communicating with clinical departments timely, the missing report was avoided, the delayed report was reduced, and the quality of death report was improved. Furthermore, we suggested that the continuing medical education for clinicians should provide the training of the reports of death causes and the management on the reports of death causes in the Emergency Department shoutd be strengthened.
