三级综合医院特色护理专科建设的实践及效果评价

摘　　要：目的在三级综合性医院应用特色护理专科建设模式,探讨特色护理专科建设的方法和效果。方法成立研究小组,制定实施方案,形成特色护理专科建设评价指标。对2012年与2013年特色护理专科入围与未入围科室不良事件、服务满意度、各类科研项目等进行收集、统计和比较,评选出特色护理专科。结果建设特色护理专科后,2013年不良事件发生例数、护理服务满意度、科研项目数均优于2012年,入围科室优于未入围科室,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论特色护理专科建设有效提高了整体护理质量、患者满意度和社会效益,增强了护理人员创新意识和科研能力。Objective To use the distinctive nursing specialty development mode in Level - 3 general hospital and to explore the methods and effects of the distinctive nursing specialty development. Method Study group was set up to develop the implementation plan. The evaluation indicators on distinctive nursing specialty development were established. The adverse events, serv- ice satisfaction, and all kinds of projects in the distinctive nursing specialties in 2012 and 2013 were collected, analyzed and com- pared to select the distinctive nursing specialties. Result After development of the distinctive nursing specialties in 2013, the number of adverse events, satisfaction level on nursing care, and the number of research projects were improved than that in 2012. The nominated departments had significantly better performance than departments without nominated （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The distinctive nursing specialty development improved the overall quality of care, patient satisfaction and social benefits, enhanced nurses＇innovation and research capacity.
