摘　　要：按照国家新一轮医院评审的要求,通过运用PDCA循环,查找分析现阶段医院应急管理中存在的问题,并从灾害脆弱性分析、应急体系完善、应急培训开展和实践演练4个方面进行改进,最后评估改进取得的成效。其改进思路和方法为医疗机构完善应急管理体系提供了借鉴。According to the requirements of new national hospital evaluation, by using the method of PDCA, the problems at present stage in hospital emergency management were analyzed. Furthermore, it was improved from four aspects including the disaster vulnerability analysis, the improvement of emergency system, emergency training and practice exercises, and finally the effect was evaluated. The ideas and methods for improving emergency management system provided an effective reference for hospitals.
