摘　　要：G蛋白耦联受体C家族6组A(GPRC6A)是近年来新发现的一种G蛋白耦联受体,可与多种配体如钙离子、碱性氨基酸、骨钙素、睾酮等结合发挥生理作用,并参与机体的糖稳态调节。GPRC6A缺失可能引起糖代谢失衡。深入研究GPRC6A及其糖稳态调节作用可能为糖尿病提供一个新的药物治疗靶点。The G protein coupled receptor family C, group 6, subtype A （GPRC6A） is a newly identified G protein coupled receptor, which involves in a broad range of physiological functions by combining with various ligands, such as calcium, basic amino acid, osteocalcin, and steroid, as well as the regulation of glucose homeostasis. Deletion of GPRC6A may cause disturbance of glucose homeostasis. Further study on GPRC6A and its regulation function of glucose homeostasis may identify a new therapeutic target for diabetes.
