全球价值链理论视域下我国体育用品产业集群转移的研究

摘　　要：以全球价值链理论为基础,以我国体育用品产业集群为研究对象,结合体育经济学、地理经济学和产业经济学的相关原理,对嵌入全球价值链的我国体育用品产业集群的发展进行探讨。首先综述了地方产业集群与全球价值链研究的来龙去脉,构建产业集群发展的理论框架,其后将产业集群纳入全球价值链的理论框架中进行分析,由此推演出地方产业集群是全球价值链片断化的结果,并随着经济的发展而发展。当地方产业集群发展遇到劳动力、土地、资源等要素成本上升瓶颈时,就要考虑地方产业集群嵌入全球价值链,剥离生产加工环节进行产业转移,并利用世界资源,通过全球价值链进入更高级别的价值环节,获取比较高的附加值。最后,在理论分析与实证研究的基础上,提出我国体育用品产业发展的思路与对策,为我国体育用品产业的发展和经济政策的制定提供参考依据。Based on the theory of global chain value theory, sports, economics, geographical economics and industrial eco- nomics, this paper researches into the sporting goods cluster in China. Origin of local industrial clusters and global value chain is cummaried to establish the theoretical framework of industrial cluster development, which is analyzed through the theory of global value chain. If shows that the local industrial cluster results from the fragmentation of global value chain and develops with the development of economy. When the costs of human resources, land and other resources raise, the local in dustrial cluster should transfer and integrate with the global value chain so that the international resources can be used and higher value can be gained.
