上海市部分高中体育专项化教学改革探索——以操舞类校本课程实施为例

摘　　要：在上海市实施高中体育专项化教学改革的背景下,采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,对上海市部分高中操舞类校本课程专项化教学改革实施现状进行分析。结果显示:通过专项化改革,提升了教师的专业水平、创新能力及专业素养;高中生特别是女生非常喜欢操舞类校本课程,培养了学生积极向上的生活态度及自信心。提出聘请操舞类专业教师,优化场地设施,加大经费投入,开展各项操舞类活动与比赛,完善课程设置与评价标准等对策。The study, with the methods of literature review, interview and questionnaire, analyzes the present status of teaching reform of sport specialization in some senior middle schools of Shanghai. The findings show that the sport specialization reform lifts the teacher＇ s professional level, creative capacity and professional quality. Moreover, senior middle school students, especially female students, favor the school-based curriculum of dance, which promotes their positive life attitude and selfconfidence. The study proposes that dance professionals should be employed, sport facilities should be improved, economic investment should be expanded, various dance activities and competition should be held, and curriculum and evaluation should be completed etc.
