摘　　要：分析了美国网络新闻编辑的主要职责、工作特点;认为影响网络新闻编辑的经营因素主要是盈利模式和品牌声誉,美国网络新闻编辑正面对网络环境下如何维护知识产权、填平信息鸿沟、坚守职业道德、建立新的职业规范、打造独特影响力的挑战;在分析比较的基础上,指出中国的网络新闻编辑工作应推行网络编辑的专业化教育,追求"第一时间"的原创新闻,承担舆论引导的职责,策划组织深度报道以及建立独特的信息经营模式。This paper analyzes the main responsibilities,work characteristics of the American network news editors and points out that profit model and brand reputation are the main factors influencing the news editor management ;It also discusses the challenges American network news editors are facing under the network environment：how to maintain the intellectual property rights,how to bridge the information gap,and how to stick to professional ethics and establish new professional norms and create unique challenges of influence;Both the Mechanism and the challenges they are facing have important enlightenment for China,which are China′s network news editor should introduce network editing profes-sional education,pursuit ＆quot;the first time＆quot;original news,undertake the responsibility of public opinion guide,plan and or-ganize in -depth reporting,and establish a unique model of information management.
