摘　　要：在阐述招标投标价格指数定义及编制方法的基础上,结合合理低价评标法相关细则,对招标投标价格指数变动所引起的最终合理低价变化范围进行了实证分析,并以较高的精确度进行了最优合理低价值预测,进而得出研究结论并提出了相关对策建议。Based on the presentation of bidding price index definition and compile method and combination of relevant specification of reasonable low price evaluation, this paper takes empirical analysis of ultimate low price variation range caused by bidding price index variation, makes optimum low price value prediction by higher accuracy, obtains research conclusion and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
