摘　　要：受国内劳动力成本上升及加工贸易政策变化等因素影响,中国加工贸易出口面临着发展升级的问题。在阐述中国加工贸易出口面临的国内外环境变化基础上,重点研究了其在发展过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了促进中国加工贸易出口升级的主要途径。China faced with the development and upgrading issue with the influence of increasing domestic labor force and processing trade policy variation. Based on the presentation of domestic and foreign circumstance variation in China＇s processing trade export, this paper focuses on studying the main existing problems in the development process, and puts forward main path to promote China＇s process trade export.
