基于集对分析和信息熵权法的中部六省区域自主创新能力评价研究

摘　　要：首先从内部构成和外部支撑两个方面界定区域自主创新能力的构成,进而选择三层区域自主创新评价体系,运用客观信息熵权法和主观专家赋权法综合确定评价指标权重。利用多层集对分析模型,对各级各项指标的数据进行客观全面整理分析。最后针对中部六省自主创新能力评价结果提出各省自主创新能力提升的对策建议。This paper defines two aspects constitute the support of regional independent innovation capability,and then select the three regional independent innovation evaluation system,the use of objective and subjective information entropy law experts to determine the weighting method comprehensive evaluation index weights from the internal structure and external.Using multi-set pair analysis model to the data at all levels of the indicators were analyzed with objective and comprehensive.Finally,the evaluation results for the six central provinces of independent innovation capability make suggestions.
