摘  要:一种煤粉锅炉双通道二次风/燃尽风燃烧器能够替代当前的普通直流二次风/燃尽风燃烧器,用于缓解直流二次风/燃尽风燃烧器减小风门开度时造成的喷嘴出口射流刚性下降、炉内风粉混合强度不足的问题。采用数值模拟的方法,研究了双通道风燃烧器关键参数对喷嘴出口射流速度及动量的影响,同时研究了双通道风燃烧器的调节特性和阻力特性的变化规律。在优化结构参数的条件下,风门开度在12.5%~50%的范围内调节时,与常规燃烧器相比,高速通道的风速可提高11.11~18.06m/s,高速出口射流动量可提高89~3倍。The double-channel SA/OFA (secondary air/Over Fire Air) burner in pulverized coal-fired boiler can take the place of ordinary direct-flow SA/OFA burner. It can alleviate the problem of the jet rigidity weakness and the insufficient mixing between air and coal with the decrease of the opening degree of the air damper. The influence of the structural parameters on the nozzle outlet velocity and momentum by numerical simulation is analyzed. The variation of regulation and resistance characteristics of the double-channel SA/OFA burner was studied. Compared with the ordinary burner in the damper opening range of 12.5%-50% in the conditions of structure optimized design, the high-speed channel air velocity can be increased by 11.11m/s-18.06m/s and the outlet momentum can be increased by 89-3 times.
