摘  要:某厂350 MW新建超临界锅炉由于燃用煤质与设计偏差大,影响炉内燃烧,造成锅炉结渣严重,不利于锅炉的安全、稳定运行。通过分析结渣原因,采用初步的燃烧调整探索合理工况,同时提出了进一步优化的对策,为同类型锅炉基建调试及投产后防治锅炉结渣现象提供参考。Significant difference between the real and designed coal for a newly-built 350MW supercritical boiler affects the furnace combustion and leads to serious slagging on water wall, which will do harm to the secure and stable operation of the boiler. On the basis of cause analysis of slagging, preliminary adjustment measures are taken to explore the reasonable condition and methods for further optimization are proposed simultaneously, which can be used as a reference for slagging prevention of the same type of boilers.
