摘　　要：目的探讨中国汉族男性人群环鸟苷酸依赖蛋白激酶Ⅱ(cGKⅡ)基因rs7688672位点多态性与痛风遗传易感性的关系。方法选取中国汉族男性痛风病人386例和健康查体者387例作为研究对象,应用聚合酶链反应技术和基因测序技术检测cGKⅡ基因rs7688672位点的多态性分布。结果痛风组与对照组cGKⅡ基因第8内含子区rs7688672位点GG、GA、AA基因型频率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组G、A等位基因频率差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尚不能认为中国汉族男性人群cGKⅡ基因rs7688672位点G/A多态性与痛风有关联。Objective To explore the relationship between gene polymorphism of cyclic GMP-dependent protein kinase Ⅱ （cGK Ⅱ ） gene rs7688672 and genetic susceptibility of gout in males of Chinese Han people. Methods A total of 386 gout pa- tients and 387 healthy controls were enrolled. Using PCR and gene sequencing techniques, polymorphism distribution of cGK Ⅱ rs7688672 was detected. Results There was no statistically difference in cGK IT rs768867Z G/A genotype frequencies between the gout patients and the controls （P〉0.05）. The allele frequencies of G and A in the gout patients were not different from those in the controls （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Results of the present study do not indicate that the G/A genotype of rs7688672 in the cGK Ⅱ gene is associated with gout in males of Chinese Han crowd.
