摘 要:目的比较抗菌药物与非抗菌药物对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌(PA)引起的呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的疗效。方法将我院2010年9月—2012年9月细菌培养为PA的54例VAP病人随机分为抗菌药物组(28例)与非抗菌药物组(26例),治疗7d后比较两组疗效及感染指标的变化。结果两组疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组治疗前后血浆清蛋白、降钙素原(PCT)变化比较差异有显著性(t=2.41、2.94,P<0.05)。结论短期抗菌药物应用对VAP治愈率无显著影响,但清蛋白升高及PCT下降速度快于非抗菌药物组。Objective To compare the efficacy between antibacterials and non antibacterials in the treatment of ventila tor-associated pneumonia (VAP) caused by multi-drug-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA). Methods Fifty-four patients with VAP caused by PA-during September 2010-September 2012 treated in our hospital-were enrolled and randomized to antibacterial group (n :26) and non-antibacterial group. The effectiveness and changes of infection indicators after seven days of therapy was compared between the two groups. Results The difference of the therapeutic effect between the two groups was not significant (P〉0.05). The changes of albumin and procalcitonin between the two groups before and after medication were significantly different (t = 2.41,2.94;P 〈0.05). Conclusion Short-term application of antibiotics does not notably affect recovery rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia, but the increase of albumin levels and decrease of proealcitonin are faster than non-antibacterial group.
