摘　　要：[目的]分析评价胃肠起搏治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。[方法]治疗105例FD患者,通过临床症状、EGG、胃镜或X线钡餐综合判断临床疗效。[结果]FD患者经胃肠起搏器治疗后,临床症状积分明显改善,EGG各项指标变优,胃镜或钡餐检查有显著改善,且远期疗效良好,而对照组临床症状积分、EGG指标改善情况明显低于治疗组(P<0.01)。[结论]胃肠起搏器能够有效改善FD患者的临床症状和体征。[Objective]To analyze and evaluate the therapeutic effect of surface gastrointestinal pacemak- er on the patients with functional dyspepsia（FD）. [Methods]One hundred and five patients diagnosed with FD were enrolled in this study. Therapeutic effect was assessed by aggregate analysis of clinical symp- toms,EGG, endoscopy or X-ray barium meal before and after the treatment. [Results]After the treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms were significantly decreased ; the indexes of EGG as well as endoscopy or X- ray barium meal were improved notably,which were superior to the control. Furthermore, the long-term effect was favorable（P〈0.01 vs treatment group）. [Conclusion]Surface gastrointestinal pacemaker can re- lieve symptoms and physical signs of FD effectively.
