项痹康辨证治疗神经根型颈椎病60例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察导师马勇教授经验方项痹康治疗神经根型颈椎病60例的疗效。方法将120例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组(服用项痹康)和对照组(服用颈痛颗粒),各60例,观察两组患者治疗4周后的临床症状及体征改善情况。结果治疗组比对照组能更好地改善症状体征,且治疗组总有效率为95.00%,优于对照组的88.33%,差异具有统计学意义。结论导师经验方项痹康治疗神经根型颈椎病有明显疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of Professor Ma Yong＇ s experience of Xiang Bikang treating 60 cases nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods 120 patients with nerve root type cervic,ql spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group （taking Xiang Bikang） and control group （taking neck pain particles）, each group had 60 cases, took observation of treatment of two groups＇ patients with clinical symptoms and signs after 4 weeks to improve the situation. Results the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms and signs, its total effective rate was 95 %, Better than the control group of 88.33 %, with statistically significant ditterence. Conclusion the experience of my tutor Xiang Bikang in treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis have obvious effect.
