玻璃酸钠注射配合三色敷药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过玻璃酸钠注射配合三色敷药外用对膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察,根据其膝部症状、体征恢复情况作出客观评价,并进一步探讨其治疗作用机理。方法采用60例膝OA患者作为研究对象,随机分成三组,治疗一疗程(5周)后分别对三组病例进行疗效对比分析。结果三组在治疗后与治疗前积分比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后积分明显低于治疗前,尤其是治疗组经治疗后与治疗前比较具有极其显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ经治疗后疗效积分比较有显著差异(P<0.05),对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ之间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率90%,对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ有效率均为75%。故治疗组疗效明显优于对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ,两个对照组之间治疗效果相当。结论玻璃酸钠注射配合三色敷药外用,二者具有协同作用,对膝关节骨性关节炎有明显的治疗效果,且无不良反应。Objective Through the observation of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection Combined with Sanse Ointment in the Treatment of Knee OA according to the knee symptoms, signs recovery to make an objective evaluation, and further to ex- plore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods 60 cases of patients with knee OA as the research object, randomly divided in- to three groups, the treatment of a course of treatment （5 weeks） respectively for three groups of patients, curative effect contrast analysis. Results the three groups after treatment integral before treatment compared with significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）, after treatment of integral was obviously lower than that before treatment, especially the treatment group after the treatment got significant differences （P〈0.01）. The treatment group and the control group I, II after treatment had efficacy significant differences integral comparison （P〈0.05） , between the control group I, II, had no significant differ- ence （ P〉0.05 ）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 90 % , the control group I, II, the effective rate was 75 %. The curative effect in treatment group was significantly better than the control group I, II, between the two groups curative effect was quite the same. Conclusion sodium hyaluronate injection combined with Sanse ointment for external use, the two have a synergistic effect, and obvious therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis, without adverse reaction.
