摘　　要：为把握交通物流行业发展动向,本文构建了动态监测体系;从物流能力、物流业务、经营状况等方面设定了指标体系,并提出监测体系的运行机制和保障机制。通过对宁波市123家公路、水路重点联系企业进行监测,获得全市交通物流经济发展的主要特征数据。监测结果表明,借助该体系可以获得所需的关键信息,这对完善和加强交通物流行业运行监控有积极意义。In order to monitor economic operation situation of transport and logistics industry, a dy- namic monitoring system was constructed in this paper. The index system was constituted by seven aspects, including logistics capabilities, logistics services, etc. Relevant operation mechanism and safeguard mecha- nism for the monitoring system was also proposed. By monitoring 123 key enterprises selected from highway and waterway transport industry in Ningbo, data obtained by this system could reflect main features of transport and logistics economic development. Study results show that this dynamic monitoring system is ef- fective to grasp the economic situation of transport and logistics ind＇ustry.
