摘　　要：生物技术和新医药产业是我国重点扶持的战略性新兴产业之一,近年来江苏生物技术和新医药产业快速发展,集群发展态势初显,技术创新水平全国领先,企业创新能力稳步提升,创新平台建设日趋完善。准确把握未来发展机遇,努力应对产业潜在威胁,是江苏生物技术和新医药产业发展的关键。在深入分析产业现状及形势的基础上,文章就如何促进江苏生物技术与新医药产业创新发展提出了针对性的政策建议。Biotechnology and new pharmaceutical in- dustry is one of the most important strategic new in- dustries in China. Jiangsu has good industrial bases in biotechnology and new pharmaceutical industry, the collectivized development trend are enlarged, some technology is in the leading level in china, enterprise innovation ability has been steadily improving and the construction for innovation platform is more and more perfect. How to grasp the opportunities and cope with potential threats will be the key to development. Based on the analysis of status and situation, the paper re- searches the＇specific countermeasure on how to promote the innovation development level of Jiangsu Biotech- nology and new pharmaceutical industry.
