海南省地方财政支出对旅游业影响的动态关系分析

摘　　要：根据2010-2014年海南的月度数据,运用VAR模型对海南省地方公共财政支出和旅游业的动态关系进行分析。结果表明:海南地方公共财政支出和海南旅游收入具有长期稳定的均衡关系;前者是后者的Granger原因;前者在短期内对后者有正向影响,达到一定的时期后影响逐渐减小。According to the 2010-2014 monthly data of Hainan,this paper analyzes the dynamic relationship between Hainan province local public expenditure and tourism based on a vector autoregressive（VAR）model.The results showed that：Hainan local public expenditure and tourism revenues have a long -term stable equilibrium relationship;the former is the Granger cause of the latter; the former has a positive impact on he latter in the short term,after a certain period the influence gradually disappears.
