摘 要:一直以来,行业内普遍认为,双螺杆挤出压片机作为密炼机下辅机使用对胶料的混炼效果影响几乎可以忽略不计,另外考虑到突发故障停机排胶困难等缺陷。目前行业内,轮胎终炼胶生产线下辅机多为双开炼机配置。但是,这种双开炼机配置会出现终炼胶硫变波动大、胶料混炼不均等情况,直接影响到了我司的产品质量,经过我司认真研究分析,并通过实际改造论证,证实下辅机采用双螺杆挤出压片机在提升终炼胶硫磺分散效果方面相对于采用开炼机有着明显优势。for a long time, the industry is generally believed that twin-screw extrusion sheet mill used as a kind of mixing down stream has almost no effect in rubber mixing, and considering the unexpected downtime defects and difficult to dump . At present, final rubber mixing production line down stream is mostly twin-screw extrusion sheet mill configuration. However, final rubber mixing sulphur will be increased volatility and rubber mixing unequal in this twin-screw mixing machine configuration , and affects the quality of our products directly. After our serious analysis and the actual argument, confirmed that the auxiliary machine adapts the twin-screw extrusion sheet mill has the obvious advantages in rubber mixing sulphur distribution effect aspects relative to the mixing equipment.
