摘  要:以3年生红地球/贝达嫁接植株为材料,研究保水剂CLP对红地球葡萄生长发育的影响。结果表明:保水剂处理在不同时期均提高了植株的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率;提高了果实品质,果实中可溶性固形物、可滴定糖及VC含量分别比对照提高了8.4%、50.5%和6.1%,可滴定酸含量比对照降低了12.3%;显著提高了果实内矿质元素的含量,全氮、全磷、全钾、钙离子和镁离子分别比对照提高了3.6%、21.7%、48.2%、10.0%和46.1%;显著提高了枝条内贮藏营养淀粉、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白的含量,分别比对照提高了24.1%、146.1%、25.9%和30.2%;显著降低了植株的根系分根角度,诱导根系向保水剂所在区域生长,促进根系下扎,20~40 cm土层中的根量所占比重比对照高27.8%。Three-year-old plants of Red Globe/Beta were used as material to study the effects of super absorbent on growth and development of grapevine. The result showed that super absorbent treatment not only increased net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and water use efficiency; But also improved fruit quality, enhanced the contents of soluble solids, titratable sugar and VC, which were increased by 8.4%, 50.5% and 6.1%, respectively. And titratable acid content was reduced by 12.3%; Furthermore, the super absorbent treatment significantly increased mineral elements content in the fruit, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, calcium ions and magnesium ions were increased by 3.6%, 21.7%, 48.2%, 10.0% and 46.1%, respectively; Meanwhile, the super absorbent treatment significantly improved storage mineral nutrients, the contents of starch, soluble sugars, free amino acids and soluble protein were increased by 24.1%, 146.1%, 25.9% and 30.2%, respectively; The super absorbent treatment also significantly reduced the angle of the plant root, and induced root tend to grow towards aquasorb location to promote root penetration, the root biomass rate of 20~40 cm soil layer was 27.8% higher than control.
