社区干预指导模式治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区干预指导模式治疗老年单纯性收缩期高血压患者的临床疗效。方法:100例老年单纯性收缩期高血压患者随机分为两组,各50例。对照组服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合贝那普利。观察组在对照组基础上给予社区干预指导模式治疗。2周/疗程,共计4个疗程。结果:观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(96%vs 82%,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后舒张压分别是(77.2±6.0)mm Hg和(78.1±6.4)mm Hg,较治疗前无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后收缩压分别是(127.7±8.4)mm Hg和(132.0±8.2)mm Hg,较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后收缩压降低幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区干预指导模式有利于提高单纯性收缩期高血压患者治疗效果。Objective： To analysis of the clinical efficacy of community intervention guide mode on elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension.Methods： 100 cases of elderly patients with systolic hypertension simple were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each had 50 cases. Patients in the group taking levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with benazepril.The observation group received community intervention guide mode on the bases of control group treatment.Two weeks for a course,for efficacy evaluation after four courses.Results：The patients total efficiency of observation group was 96%,it was significantly higher than the control group which was 82%,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After 4 cours treatment,diastolic were（77.2± 6.0）mmHg and（78, 1±6.4）mmHg in two groups, there was no significant difference compared with before treatment（P〉0.05）.Thesystolic blood pressure were（127.7±8.4）mmHg and （132.0±8.2）mmHg in two groups,which was decreased significantly than before treatment （P〈0.05）.after treatment The patients systolic blood pressure was significantly lower amplitude than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The community intervention guide mode can improve efficacy for elderly patients with systolic hypertension simple, it is worthy of promotion.
