肾灵汤辅助小剂量激素、环孢素A治疗原发性肾病综合征

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性肾病综合征患者行肾灵汤辅助小剂量激素+环孢素A治疗的临床疗效。方法:将我院2011年6月~2013年6月接收的60例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,给予对照组小剂量激素+环孢素A治疗,观察组在其基础上施加肾灵汤治疗,对比两组治疗6个月后的临床疗效。结果:两组经治疗后,对照组治疗总有效率以66.7%明显不及观察组的93.3%;观察组TG、TC、ALB以及24h尿蛋白定量改善水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:原发性肾病综合征患者行肾灵汤辅助小剂量激素+环孢素A治疗后,可有效改善患者的临床症状,效果显著。Objective： To investigate the primary nephrotic patients with Shen/ing decoction assisted small doses of hormones and cyctosporine A treatment clinical efficacy syndrome.Methods：60 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome in Our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013, Were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Small doses of hormones and cyclosporine A were administered to the control group,＋ the observation added Shenling decoction therapy on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy after six months treatment was compared between the two groups.Results：The two groups after treatment, the I^tal efficiency of the control group to 66.7% in the observation group was significantly less than the 93.3 percent; the observation group TG,TC,ALB and improve 2411 urinary protein levels were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences （P〉0.05） groups incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion：The primary nephrotic syndrome patients with Shenling decoction assisted low-dose hormone and cyclosporine A,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.the effect is significant.
