结肠灌洗联合思密达保留灌肠治疗小儿迁延性慢性腹泻病50例的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：研究分析对小儿迁延性慢性腹泻病患者采用结肠灌洗联合思密达保留灌肠治疗的效果,以为临床研究提供有效的数据支持。方法：选取2013年3月~2014年2月在我院接受治疗的小儿迁延性慢性腹泻病患者（50例）,设为观察组,临床期间采用结肠灌洗联合思密达保留灌肠治疗,选取同期在本院接受思密达保留灌肠治疗的50例患者作对照组,对两组患者的治疗情况进行分析比较,探究其有效的治疗效果。结果：经临床观察证实,观察组患者的治疗时间、症状改善时间以及结肠黏膜修复时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义。评估两组患者的治疗效果,观察组为96.0%,对照组为84.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：对迁延性慢性腹泻病患儿采用结肠灌洗配合思密达保留灌肠治疗可有效缩短临床治疗时间,改善治疗效果,临床疗效显著。Objective： To study the analysis of pediatric patients with persistent chronic diarrhea, joint use of colonic irrigation smecta retention enema effect, that clinical studies to provide effective data support.Methods：This study carried out during the period from 2013-03 to 2014-02 dated May, selected objects in the hospital receiving treatment for pediatric patients with persistent chronic diarrhea （50 cases）, set in the observation group, the clinical use of colonic irrigation period wash the United smecta retention enema, select the same period in the hospital accepted smecta retention enema therapy for 50 patients in the control group, the treatment of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared, explore its effective treatment. Results： The clinical observation confirmed that the treatment time to observe groups of patients, symptoms improved colonic mucosa time and repair time was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance. Two groups of patients to assess the therapeutic effect of the observation group was 96.0% in the control group was 84.0%, significantly higher than the observation group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Patients with chronic diarrhea for children with persistent use of colonic irrigation with the smecta retention enema can effectively shorten the clinical treatment time,improve treatment,significant clinical effect.
