人性化护理在颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗围手术期的护理效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理在颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗围手术期的护理效果。方法:将178例颅内动脉瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各89例,2组患者均给予血管内栓塞治疗,对照组给予常规围术期护理,观察组给予围术期人性化护理,比较2组患者护理前后焦虑情绪、生理指标及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组术前30min收缩压、舒张压、呼吸频率、心率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院前HAMA、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理减少了颅内动脉瘤患者术后并发症的发生,减轻了术前应激反应,缓解了患者焦虑情绪。Objective： To investigate the effect of humanized nursing Intracranial ancurysm endovascular embolization in the treatment of peri operation period.Methods：178 cases of intracraniat aneurysms were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 89 cases in each group,2 groups of patients were treated with cndovascular embolization treatment, the control group received conventional perioperative nursing care, observation group were given pcrioperative humanized nursing care,the incidence rate of anxiety,physiological index and postoperative complications were conlpared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results：The patients of the observation group 30min systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;nbservation group before discharge HAMA,SAS scores were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significanl（P〈0.05）;thc observation group complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Humanized nursing care of tile complications were reduced intracranial aneurysm patients, reduced the stress response to preoperative,alleviate the anxiety of patients.
