摘  要:乌梅作为味酸之品,历代医家多认为其性酸收,少有言及酸泄者。然笔者在研读叶天士《临证指南医案》时发现叶氏常运用乌梅和川连相伍治疗湿热性疾病,并称之为"酸苦泄热"。若把乌梅理解为其性酸收,二陈汤作为治痰名方,方中乌梅若用来治疗实证,似与"实者泻之"治法相悖,可见乌梅作为味酸之品,单纯理解为酸收实有不妥之处。故结合乌梅在方剂中配伍运用和叶氏验案中应用阐述乌梅实为酸泄而非酸收之特性。Dark plum as sour flavor food, most ancient physicians thought its sour astringing, little mention sour di- arrheae. However, the author in the study of Ye Tianshi "A Guide to Clinical Practice" found Ye' s normal operation for treating damp heat disease with dark plum and Coptis chinensis, and called "sour and bitter purging heat". The author realized that, if the dark plum be realized as the sour astringing, Er Chen Tang as treating phlegm famous decoction, dark plum used in the treatment of empirical, and like "excess so purging", visible dark plum as sour flavor food, simplely re- alized as the sour astringing herb has the deficiency. Application of it from the dark plum used in prescription compatibili- ty and Ye' s cases, elaborated the dark plum is sour diarrheae rather than the characteristics of sour astringing.
