摘 要:目的了解辽宁省艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者重复确认检测的原因。方法收集2008-2013年,所有现住址为辽宁省的被重复确认检测的580例HIV感染者和新报告的6017例HIV感染者详细的流行病学资料,进行比较分析。结果省外报告病例组、初中以下组、注射吸毒组、羁押人员组更易发生重复确认检测,在重复确认组和对照组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=95.440,P<0.01;χ2=21.666,P<0.01;χ2=11.478,P<0.01;χ2=24.703,P<0.01)。同性性传播组、检测咨询组、大专以上组发生重复检测的比率相对较低,在重复确认组和对照组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.537,P<0.01;χ2=28.578,P<0.01;χ2=25.135,P<0.01)。结论 HIV感染者重复确认检测现象在辽宁省普遍存在,HIV感染者人群类别、文化程度和年龄的差异与重复确认检测的比率密切相关。Objective To understand the reasons for the repeated confirmatory testing in HIV-infected individuals in Liaoning province. Methods Epidemiological data were collected and comparatively analyzed from 580 HIV- infected patients repeatedly tested with confirmatory test and 6017 newly reported HIV positive cases who currently lived in Liaoning in 2008-2013. Results Group of other provinces reported cases, junior high school group, injecting drug use group and detains group were more likely to repeat the confirmatory test. There were statistically significant differences between the comparison group and the control group (χ^2= 95. 440, P〈0.01; χ^2= 21. 666, P〈 0.01; χ^2 = 11. 478, P〈 0.01; χ^2 = 24. 703, P〈 0.01). Homosexual transmission group, testing and counseling group and college groups had relatively low rate of repeat testing. There were statistically significant differences between the comparison group and the control group (χ^2= 17. 537, P〈0.01; χ^2 =28. 578, P〈0.01; χ^2 = 25. 135, P〈0.01). Conclusion Repeated confirmatory testing is prevalent in HIV-infected individuals in Liaoning province. HIV infected population, education level and age are closely related to repeated confirmatory testing.
