摘　　要：目的了解新型毒品滥用者毒品滥用后高危性行为的发生情况,探索新型毒品滥用与艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染的关联。方法采用滚雪球的方式在开远市红丝带家园招募新型毒品滥用者,通过半结构式个人深入访谈的形式收集其毒品滥用情况和使用后性行为的发生情况。结果共访谈18名新型毒品滥用者,均为口吸食麻古(冰毒片剂);均承认吸毒后与多个性伴发生过性行为,14人承认发生过"双飞"或群交行为;15人承认吸毒后会增加性交频次和延长性交持续时间。研究对象都承认不是每次性行为都使用安全套,不使用安全套的原因主要是兴奋来不及用或忘记使用等。1人曾发生性暴力。结论新型毒品使用后大多伴随有高危性行为,其滥用者是感染和传播HIV的潜在高危人群。Objective To understand the situation of high risk sexual behaviors among club of drug abusers, and to explore the association between club drug abuse and HIV transmission. Methods Snowball sampling technique was used to recruit club drug abusers in ＂Red Ribbon Family＂, Kaiyuan. By using a semi-structured questionnaire, an in-depth interview was performed to collect the information of their situation of drug abuse and the following sex- ual risk behaviors. Results A total of 18 participants were interviewed and they all taking Ma old. All of them ad- mitted having sex with multiple sexual partners after drug abuse, and 14 participants admitted having sex with two or more sexual partners at one time. Fifteen participants admitted that after using club drugs, both the frequency and duration of the sexual behaviors would increase. All of the participants failed to use condoms consistently, with the main reasons of ＂too excite to use＂ or ＂forget to use＂. One of them once experienced sexual violence. Conclusion The use of club drugs was usually followed by high risk sexual behaviors, and the users were high-risk population of HIV transmission and infection.
