摘 要:测定了温、湿度对芒果叶片上的胶孢炭疽菌分生孢子萌发及附着胞形成的影响。结果表明,胶孢炭疽菌分生孢子在12-37℃范围内均可萌发,且形成附着胞,适宜温度24-28℃。接种6 h后,附着胞开始形成,9-12 h为附着胞形成高峰期;分生孢子在相对湿度90%-100%范围内均可萌发,且形成附着胞。相对湿度越高越有利于分生孢子萌发及附着胞的形成。Effects of temperature and relative humidity on conidium germination and appressorium formation of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were tested on excised mango leaves. The results showed that conidium germinated and appressorium formed at temperature ranging from 12 ℃ to 37 ℃. Optimum temperature was 24-28 ℃. Appressorium formed after inoculation on mango leaves 6h and most germinated conidia formed appressorium after 9-12 hours. Conidial germination and appressorial formation occurred at relative humidity of 90%-100% and their rates increased with relative humidity increased. Because experimental data was measured on mango leaves which was similar to natural conditions, the results could help for accurate forecast of the disease.
