摘 要:目的探讨广州市番禹区某金属制品厂不同生产工艺中佩戴护听器的有效A计权声压级估算,找出其配置方面存在的问题和不足,指导厂家合理选配、使用和管理好护听器。方法调查该小型金属制品厂配备的护听器型号及给定的防护值(SNR值)、检测工作环境中的噪声强度。结果该厂配发某公司生产的1100型防噪声带线弹性耳塞,SNR值为31 dB。现场噪声调查结果:60t机械冲压位噪声强度为96.7 dB(A);100t油压机位噪声强度为69.4 dB(A),砂轮磨床位为86.7 dB(A),铣床位为83.4 dB(A)。结论该厂在正常生产情况下,佩戴防噪声带线弹性耳塞后,60t机械冲压位环境噪声从96.7dB(A)降低到78.1 dB(A),此为防护效果好;砂轮磨床位环境噪声86.7 dB(A)降低到68.1 dB(A),此为过度保护。[Objective]To estimate the effective A-weighted sound pressure levels of using the hearing protector in different production processes in a small metal products factory of Panyu District in Guangzhou City, identify existing problems and insufficiencies of the configuration, and guide the factory to properly choose, use and manage the hearing protector.[Methodslrhe model and protection value (SNR value) of hearing protector which was used in the factory were investigated, and the noise intensity in working environment was detected.[Results]l 100 anti-noise wired elastic earplug was applied in the factory, which the SNR value was 31 dB. The noise intensity in 60 t punching machine post, 100 t hydraulic press post, grinder post and milling machine post was 96.7 dB (A), 69.4 dB (A), 86.7 dB (A) and 83.4 dB (A), respectively. [Conclusion[After using the anti-noise wired elastic earplug, the environmental noise intensity in 60 t punching machine post have decreased from 96,7 dB (A) to 78.1 dB (A) during the regular production period, which is regarded as the good protective effect, and the noise intensity in grinder post have decreased from 86.7 dB dB(A) to 68.1 dB(A), which belongs to the excessive protection.
