西安高校体育教师健康状况及影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解西安高校体育教师健康状况,分析其影响因素,为促进西安高校教师身体健康提供理论依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方式,使用自行设计的西安高校教师健康状况及影响因素调查表,对西安地区12所高校体育教师共120名进行问卷调查。运用logistic回归分析亚健康影响因素。结果西安高校体育教师有疾病史的占37.4%,其中运动系统疾病占36.6%,排首位。亚健康人数为42人,占44.2%。亚健康的主要影响因素男性教师为吸烟状况、工作环境、睡眠质量、锻炼习惯、饮食习惯,女性教师为饮酒情况、生活环境、睡眠质量、锻炼习惯、饮食习惯、排便情况。结论西安高校体育教师疾病史主要以运动损伤为主,亚健康发生率低于其他教师。男性中年教师的肥胖和超重率比较高,相关部门应该采取现实可行的措施提高教师的健康水平。[Objective]To understand the health status of physical education teachers in colleges and universities of Xi＇an City,analyze the influencing factors,and provide theoretical basis for improving the health of teachers in colleges and universities of Xi＇an City.[Methods]By using the self-designed questionnaire of health status and influencing factors of teachers in colleges and universities of Xi＇an City,the questionnaire survey was conducted among 120 physical education teachers who were collected from 12 colleges and universities of Xi＇an City by stratified random sampling method. The influencing factors of sub-health were investigated by the Logistic regression analysis.[Results]37.4% of physical education teachers in colleges and universities of Xi＇an City had suffered from the disease,and the locomotor disease ranked the first place,accounting for 36.6%. The sub-health status was observed in 42 teachers,accounting for 44.2%. The main influencing factors of sub-health in male teachers were smoking,work environment,quality of sleep,exercise habits and eating habits,while those in female teachers included drinking,living environment,quality of sleep,exercise habits,eating habits and defecation.[Conclusion]The main disease of physical education teachers in colleges and universities of Xi＇an City is athletic injury,and the incidence rate of sub-health is lower than that in other teachers. The incidence rate of obesity and overweight is relatively high in middle-aged male teachers. The relevant departments take practical and feasible measures to improve the health level of teachers.
