天津市疾病控制体系信息化人才队伍的现状

摘　　要：目的了解天津市疾病预防控制(疾控)体系信息化人才队伍底数,为我市疾控体系信息化建设提供人力保障。方法设计信息化人才队伍相关情况调查表,利用分类、统计、汇总分析出该市疾控体系信息化人才队伍在规模、年龄、学历、职称、专业等5个方面的构成。结果完成1个省级疾控机构和18个区县疾控中心相关数据分析,从事疾控体系信息化建设管理人员约占全市疾控体系工作人员的2.7%。其中,年龄主要集中在35岁以下,占46.7%;学历多为本科,占51.1%;职称多为初级职称,占53.3%;计算机相关专业人员约占26.7%,缺少专修计算机及相关专业的人员。结论目前,该市疾控体系专门从事信息化工作人才匮乏,天津市各级疾控机构需进一步加强信息化建设过程中的人才培养与引进工作。[Objective]To investigate the real data of information technology（IT） personnel in centers for disease control and prevention（CDCs）of Tianjin,provide the human resources safeguard for the information construction in CDCs.[Methods]By the self-designed questionnaire on related information of IT personnel,the constitutions in scale,age,education level,professional title and specialty of IT personnel in CDCs of Tianjin were analyzed by classification,statistics and summary.[Results]The data of one provincial-level CDC and 18 county-level CDCs were analyzed. The people engaged in information construction of disease control and prevention system accounted for 2.7% of all personnel in CDCs. 46.7% of IT personnel were people under 35 years old,51.1% had the bachelor degree,53.3% had the primary professional title,and only 26.7% graduated from computer specialty,which indicated the lack of professionals. [Conclusion]At present,the IT personnel in CDCs of Tianjin are deficient.The CDCs in different level of Tianjin strengthen the personnel＇s acquisition and training for information construction.
