摘　　要：医院基层党支部是医院思想政治工作的重要承担者、是党的方针政策在基层医院的贯彻者和实施者,也是保持医院稳定、促进医院各项事业顺利发展的重要组织保证。在德鲁克目标管理理论和方法的指导下建立健全一套行之有效、符合医疗单位特点的基层党支部考核工作体系,是科学评价和有效保障医院基层党支部工作目标和任务顺利实现的重要举措,也是创新基层党支部工作方法、手段,深化党支部工作内涵的有力推手,以此为医院基层党组织建设带来新的挑战、注入新的活力。CPC hospital grass-roots branches are major undertakers of hospital ideological and political work. They are the executor of CPC principles and policies in grass-roots hospital, who are the important organization guarantee for the stability and development of hospital. Establishing an effective grass- roots CPC branch assessment system under the guidance of Drucker＇s management theory is an important measure to scientifically evaluate and effectively ensure the achievement of task objective of CPC hospital branches. It is also a powerful impetus to innovate CPC grass-reots branches＂ work methods and approaches and deepen their work. With these efforts, it is hoped to bring new challenges and inject new vitality to CPC hospital grass-roots branches.
