摘　　要：再制造产业虽在我国大规模发展,但仍面临着理念未被广泛认识、尚未形成产业规模、技术标准、监管体制和市场机制还没形成等问题。"法制中国"时代要求再制造产业规范发展,需从立法、守法、执法等环节入手,加强制度建设,包括加强法律法规制度建设、强化法律制度的实施、动员全社会力量等方面,为再制造产业发展提供坚实基础。In spite of its rapid development in China, remanufacturing industry is still confronted with many problems such as unrecognized concepts, small industrial scale, and incomplete technical standards, regulation systems and market mechanisms. The era of ＂ruling China by law＂ calls for orderly development of the remanufacturing industry. Improving the legal system construction, including strengthening the development of laws and regulations, implementation of the legal system and participation of all social forces, can be approached from the perspectives of legislation, abidance and enforcement of the laws and regulations, so as to provide a solid foundation for the development of remanufacturing industry.
