充血性心力衰竭患者纤维化状态及氧化应激状态相关指标变化研究

摘　　要：目的 研究充血性心力衰竭患者纤维化状态及氧化应激状态相关指标的变化情况.方法 选取2012年1月～2014年3月于常山县人民医院进行诊治的67例充血性心力衰竭患者为观察组,67例体检健康者为对照组,对两组血清纤维化及氧化应激指标进行检测与比较,同时将观察组中不同病理分期及心功能分级患者的检测结果进行比较.结果 观察组的血清纤维化指标及丙二醛均高于对照组,而其他血清氧化应激指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组不同病理分期、不同心功能分级患者各指标比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 充血性心力衰竭患者纤维化状态及氧化应激状态相关指标的变化较为明显,且不同病理分期及心功能分级患者之间的差异也较为明显.Objective To study the change of fibrosis state and oxidative stress state related indexes of patients with congestive heart failure. Methods From January 2012 to March 2014, 67 patients with congestive heart failure in People＇s Hospital of Changshan County were selected as observation group, 67 healthy persons with the health examination were selected as control group, then the serum fibrosis and oxidative stress indexes of two groups were detected and compared, the detection results of observation group patients with different pathological stages and cardiac functional grades were compared. Results The serum fibrosis indexes and MDA of observation group were all higher than those of control group, while other oxidative stress indexes were all lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. There were significant differences among the patients with different pathological staging and cardiac function grading in observation group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The change of fibrosis state and oxidative stress state related indexes of patients with congestive heart failure are obvious, and the differences of patients with different pathological stages and cardiac functional grades are obvious too.
